![Step 1](step-1.jpg)
Wash and dry all produce. Zest one @lime{2%unit} with a #zester{} until you have 1 tsp zest, then cut into halves. Cut remaining lime in half, then cut one half into wedges. Peel, halve, and thinly slice @red onion{1%unit}. Halve, pit, and thinly slice @avocado{1%unit}. Roughly chop @cilantro{¼%ounce}.

![Step 2](step-2.jpg)
Add @shredded red cabbage{8%ounce}, @sour cream{6%tablespoon}, juice from one lime half, and a pinch of @salt{} and @pepper{} to a #medium bowl{}. Toss until combined.

![Step 3](step-3.jpg)
Heat a large drizzle of @olive oil{2%teaspoon} in a #large pan{} over medium-high heat. Add onion and season with salt and pepper. Cook, tossing occasionally, until softened and starting to brown, ~{3-4%minutes}.

![Step 4](step-4.jpg)
Meanwhile, rinse @shrimp stir-fry{20%ounce} and pat dry with @paper towels{}. Once onions are browned, add shrimp and a pinch of @chili flakes{to taste} to the pan. Season with the salted and pepper. Cook, tossing, until shrimp start to turn pink, ~{2-3%minutes}. Stir in juice from the 2 remaining lime halves, lime zest, and @honey{2%teaspoon}. Cook, stirring, until shrimp are cooked through, ~{1-2%minutes}.

![Step 5](step-5.jpg)
Wrap @flour tortillas{12%unit} in a damp paper towel and microwave on high until warm, about ~{30%seconds}. TIP: Alternatively, wrap tortillas in foil and heat in the spread, then place in the oven for ~{5%minutes} at 425 degrees.

![Step 6](step-6.jpg)
Fill each tortilla with shrimp mixture, slaw, avocado, and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over.
